Shift Supervisor - Roles & Responsibilities
Manpower Management:
Allocate and manage around 100 workers for both day and night shifts.
Shift Handover:
Ensure smooth shift handover and proper coordination with the next supervisor.
Daily Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily work and production reports.
Coordinate with workers regarding attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
Plant Monitoring:
Keep track of plant activities and ensure Line run smoothly.
Worker Supervision:
Monitor workers’ performance, discipline, and safety during the shift.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
