Provincial Automobile Co. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and agile professional for the position of General Manager (GM) for Bhandara and Gondia locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall dealership operations including Sales, Service, CRM, and Customer Satisfaction
Drive business growth and achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop sales strategies and improve market penetration
Monitor branch performance and team productivity
Ensure smooth operational and customer service processes
Manage profitability, revenue generation, and branch operations
Handle team management, motivation, and performance monitoring
Maintain strong customer relationships and brand reputation
Coordinate with management for business planning and execution

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / MBA preferred




Minimum experience in Automobile Industry / Dealership Operations preferred
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Experience in Sales & Business Development
Valuable communication and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle branch-level operations independently
