Job Summary The prospect: Sr Consultant -NAT-TAX-TAX - LAW - Corp Transformation &Transactions; Svcs - Current Delhi

NAT: National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience.

Your key responsibilities
Develop understanding of current system of MCA21 , monitoring of SLA, act as PMU for domain activities which covers senior management of the agency,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently review, interpret and advise on regulatory and legal matters.
Experience in preparing reports, presentations, governance artefacts and advisory notes.
Ability to work in a time-bound project environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Prior experience in Ministry, Government, Regulatory, PMU,



e-Governance or Digital Transformation projects will be an added advantage.
