We are looking for a Linux Support Engineer / VoIP Support Executive who is eager to learn, solve technical issues and work with real-world telecom and call center systems.

Freshers with good Linux knowledge and strong learning ability can also apply.

What You’ll Do?
Provide technical support to customers using our contact center dialer solutions
Troubleshoot issues related to:
SIP registrations
Call failures & audio issues
Dialer campaigns & agent login problems
Monitor Linux servers and system performance
Analyze logs and identify issues proactively
Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
Maintain support tickets and update incident reports
Help customers professionally in live production environments

Skills We’re Looking For

Required:
Basic Linux knowledge (Ubuntu/CentOS)




Familiarity with Linux commands and log checking
Good communication and customer handling skills
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Basic understanding of VoIP concepts (SIP, RTP, codecs)
Knowledge of networking basics
Experience with Asterisk, VICIdial, or FreeSWITCH
Previous technical support or BPO support experience
