Work Arrangement: Phased Hybrid (2-Week Onboarding Immersion ➔ 2 Days Office / 3 Days WFH)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation : $2,000 USD/month during 90-day review period ➔ $2,500 USD/month upon confirmation (~₹23L to ₹28.7 LPA equivalent)
Education Criteria : Tier 1 or Tier 2 Colleges (IIM, IIT, NIT's only)
