- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL
- SOSL
- Salesforce configuration
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Salesforce integrations

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Develop Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Implement REST/SOAP integrations.
- Work on Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, and CTI.
- Conduct code reviews and deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues.
