About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who is highly data-driven, hands-on with paid advertising, and experienced in driving leads, sales, and revenue through Meta and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with D2C/DRC and e-commerce brands, be comfortable managing significant monthly ad spends, and understand the complete customer acquisition funnel — from campaign strategy and creative testing to conversion and scaling.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of campaign performance, identify opportunities, solve performance issues, and consistently work towards profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, manage, and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop performance strategies for lead generation, sales, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets of ₹15–20 Lakhs+.
- Build campaign structures, audience strategies, retargeting funnels, and scaling strategies.




- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and take quick corrective actions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, and other key metrics.
- Conduct regular creative testing across different formats, hooks, messaging, audiences, and offers.
- Work closely with the creative team to identify winning creatives and provide performance-driven creative feedback.
- Analyze the complete customer journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
- Develop and execute retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Analyze Shopify sales and customer data to understand product, campaign, and revenue performance.
