Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and construction teams
Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress
Review project specifications and materials
Manage project timelines and deliverables

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed Architect (if applicable)
Experience in residential/commercial projects
Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
