Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, Facebook, and website leads
Guide customers regarding packages, pricing, availability, and services
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proper follow-ups and communication
Maintain daily lead and sales records
Coordinate with operations team for smooth customer experience
Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain positive relationships




Upsell premium services and add-ons wherever applicable
Ensure timely response to all customer enquiries

Sales Targets
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets assigned by the management
Maintain a high lead conversion ratio
Daily follow-up targets to ensure maximum closures

Follow-Ups
Regularly follow up with pending leads and interested customers
