Who We Are Looking For — Before Anything Else

We are not just looking at your grades. We want people who have done things outside the classroom — sports teams, cultural clubs, hackathons, fests, NSS/NCC, community initiatives, or anything that shows you take initiative and get involved.

Participation in extracurricular activities is a must. If you have a story beyond your resume, we want to hear it.

You should also be:
Extroverted and comfortable talking to people — including clients
Fluent in English, and proficient in Kannada and/or Tamil




Able to use AI tools to produce better work — not just generate and paste output

Responsibilities
Collect and organise business and operational data, including field visits to client sites when required
Perform greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculations and carbon footprint assessments
Build and maintain trackers, datasets, and structured summaries in Excel
Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and emission reduction opportunities
Support ESG and sustainability reporting with accurate, audit-ready documentation
Maintain structured records suitable for third-party verification

Requirements:
Science graduates only — Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Engineering
BE/BTech preferred — Civil, Mechanical, IT, or Environmental Engineering
Solid numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel — mandatory
Understanding of or genuine interest in ESG, carbon footprinting, and setting
