Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for brand growth and engagement
Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and post concepts
Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms




Shoot and create UGC (User-Generated Content) videos and trending reel concepts
Coordinate with the design and marketing team for content execution
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
Handle audience engagement by responding to comments and messages
Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports
Assist in influencer collaborations and campaign execution

Requirements:
6 months - 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and trending social media formats
Basic understanding of Canva, video editing apps, or content creation tools
Positive communication and coordination skills
Confident in front of the camera for UGC/content shoots
Creative mindset with knowledge of trends and audience engagement
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and manage deadlines
