Experience : 5+ yrs of exp in real estate is mandatory
Responsible for Store Handling, Indent preparation, Receipts & Issues, Inspection of material, Material Handling, Material storage,
Coordinate with purchase, site engineers, and vendors for material requirements
Overall responsibility for all Stores functions.
Verify material quality and quantity at the time of receipt
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages
Maintain book v/s physical stock
Timely action to control/liquidate non-moving, slow-moving items.
Manage and supervise daily store operations at the real estate/construction site
Pay Scale : Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
