We are looking for a dedicated ITI-certified Technician to handle the hands-on maintenance and component replacement of AC/DC equipment. This role is strictly focused on technical equipment handling rather than general building wiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine testing of power components like diodes, thyristors, and IGBTs.
Carry out soldering and replacement of faulty components within power modules.
Conduct regular gravity checks and maintenance for industrial battery banks.
Assist in the installation and terminal connections of AC/DC machinery.
Follow strict safety protocols including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) during repairs.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of AC/DC current flow and polarity.
Skill in using clamp meters and continuity testers.
Ability to identify and replace industrial electrical components.
Familiarity with power tool safety and high-voltage precautions.
Eligibility:
ITI Certification in Electrician or Wireman trade.
Prior experience in a manufacturing unit or substation environment is a plus.
