Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Reporting Manager to handle sales reporting, complaint tracking, and operational data management. This is a desk-based role requiring analytical and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily sales reports
Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates
Track and manage product rejections and returns
Handle and record customer complaints efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Support sales data updates and reporting requirements

Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
Working knowledge of Tally
Quick learner with robust analytical ability
Positive communication skills to handle complaint calls
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Holidays: Sundays & Major Festivals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
