Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Job Description:
The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions focused on communication, collaboration, time management, critical thinking, and career readiness. The role involves using digital tools to enhance learning outcomes and prepare participants for professional workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training on communication and collaboration using tools like Google Meet and MS Teams
Train participants on time and task management using Trello and Google Tasks
Facilitate critical thinking and problem-solving activities using tools like MindMeister and Jamboard
Deliver sessions on presentation skills and digital storytelling using Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides




Promote skilled etiquette, teamwork, and workplace behavior
Support career readiness, including resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation

Skills & Qualifications:
Solid communication and facilitation skills
Experience in soft skills or employability training
Familiarity with digital collaboration and productivity tools
Ability to engage diverse learner groups (students, youth, professionals)

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
