Responsibilities:
Energy Analysis: Analyze customer energy bills to determine potential savings by switching suppliers.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as location (deregulated markets), current supplier, and usage.
CRM Maintenance: Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, calls, and outreach progress.
Sales Pipeline Support: Pass qualified leads to the sales closing team.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B/B2C sales, ideally within the energy or utility sector.
Communication: Solid verbal communication skills for persuading prospects over the phone.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and CRM software.
Attributes: Resilient, goal-oriented, and patient, with the ability to handle rejection.
