Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Dialysis Technician to manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the dialysis unit and ensure protected, effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operations of the dialysis unit.
Perform dialysis procedures as per clinical protocols and safety standards.
Prepare and monitor dialysis machines, equipment, and consumables.
Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
Identify and respond appropriately to dialysis-related complications.
Maintain proper documentation and dialysis records.
Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are followed.
Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses, and other clinical staff.
Guide and support junior dialysis technicians.
Ensure the dialysis unit is well-maintained and operationally ready.
What You Bring
Diploma in Dialysis Technology / Dialysis Technician.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Dialysis Technician.
Solid knowledge of dialysis procedures and machine handling.
Experience in managing the clinical side of a dialysis unit.
Positive communication, patient-handling, and teamwork skills.
