Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Monitor security alerts and incidents on a 24x7 basis
Provide first-level troubleshooting and support
Escalate critical issues to higher support teams
Maintain incident logs and reports
Coordinate with network and security teams
Work in rotational shifts
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Network & Security
Understanding of Firewall, Antivirus, IAM, or SIEM tools
Valuable troubleshooting skills
Positive communication skills
Educational Qualification:
Science Graduate (IT/Computer), BE/B.Tech, MCA preferred
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Certifications Preferred:
Any 1 certification related to Network Security / IAM / OEM Security Solutions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
