Role: Field Sales Executive
Industry: Fintech / QR Code Sales
Location: Jharkhand
Salary: Commission-Based (Attractive Incentives)
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities:
Visit shops, restaurants, cafes, and local businesses.
Promote and onboard merchants for BharatPe QR Code services.
Explain benefits of digital payment solutions to business owners.
Generate daily leads and complete merchant registrations.
Maintain good relationships with clients and provide basic support.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi/Marathi.
Ability to travel locally for field sales.
Sales experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply.
Must have confidence and convincing skills.
Smartphone is mandatory.
