Key job responsibilities
Design and implement promotions and cashback initiatives across different categories on Fresh to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Developing store-wide promotions and working closely with traffic, merch and category team to schedule and execute them
Developing,



testing and analyzing recent promotion constructs to increase conversion rates and sharing them within the organization. Experimenting & optimizing promotion constructs to increase overall business impact.
Coordinate with internal teams to create engaging promotion experience for events (such as SVD, Prime Day or Jupiter).
Configuring promotions targeted across target cohorts, managing project execution, testing ideas, creating campaigns, analyzing data, solving problems.
Analyze performance results to drive improvements in the program. Use data to understand customer behavior and inform new projects. Constantly deriving learning from campaigns/promotions across different cohorts, establishing best practices and effective processes.
Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on projects and take relevant action on insights gained.
Partner and coordinate with product team to launch tests and campaigns
