Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced L2 Network & Security Support Engineer responsible for handling advanced troubleshooting, security operations, incident management, and support for network security solutions.

Responsibilities:
Handle L2 level troubleshooting for security incidents
Support Firewall, IAM, VPN, and Network Security solutions
Analyze logs and security events
Coordinate with L1 and L3 teams
Maintain SLA compliance
Provide operational and technical support

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of Network Security
Experience with Firewall, VPN, IAM, Antivirus, SIEM
Incident management and troubleshooting
Positive analytical skills

Educational Qualification:
Science Graduate (IT/Computer), BE/B.Tech, MCA preferred
Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Certifications Preferred:
Minimum 2 certifications in Security / Network / IAM
Certifications like CCNA Security, CEH, Security+, etc. preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
