Job Summary:
The KG Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all Kindergarten (KG) academic and non-academic activities. The role includes supporting teachers, ensuring quality education, maintaining discipline, communicating with parents, and creating a secure and engaging learning workplace for children.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor KG curriculum and daily classroom activities.
Guide and support KG teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
Ensure child-friendly teaching methods and activity-based learning.
Monitor students’ academic and behavioral progress.
Conduct regular meetings with teachers and parents.
Organize events, celebrations, competitions, and parent interaction programs.
Maintain attendance, reports,



and academic records.
Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Support admissions and orientation activities for current students.
Coordinate with school management for smooth functioning of KG operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
