Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telemarketing & Customer Support Executive who can handle outbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent support to existing customers. The role requires solid communication skills, persuasion ability, and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
Explain product features, perks, and pricing clearly
Follow up on leads and convert them into customers
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales or call targets

Customer Support:
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required




Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Good listening and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
