Develop, enhance, and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell to improve system reliability and reduce manual tasks.

Support the design, deployment, and administration of web servers, application servers, and database systems, ensuring scalability and performance.

Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows and tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Participate in provisioning and maintaining resources in public cloud settings (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Assist in environment setup, configuration management, and infrastructure troubleshooting across dev, test, and production systems.

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack,



or cloud-native monitors.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments, performance optimization, and timely issue resolution.

Contribute to documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and automation workflows.

Participate in incident response, RCA, and performance tuning activities.

Valuable understanding of networking fundamentals: DNS, load balancers, firewalls, VPC/VNet basics.

Robust troubleshooting, performance analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Basic security practices for cloud, infrastructure, and applications.

Understanding of high availability, scaling strategies, and failover mechanisms.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
