Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical maintenance activities of the DRI plant.
Handle maintenance of DRI Kiln, Cooler, Coal Handling, Material Handling, ESP, Fans, Pumps, and Conveyors.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure minimum equipment breakdown and plant downtime.
Monitor equipment condition and identify potential failures.
Coordinate with Production, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.
Plan and execute shutdown and major maintenance activities.
Manage spare parts and maintenance requirements.
Guide and supervise the mechanical maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and maintenance standards.
Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance records, and equipment history.




Improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of DRI/Sponge Iron plant mechanical maintenance.
Hands-on experience with kiln, cooler, conveyors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, and material handling equipment.
Positive team handling and leadership skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
DRI plant experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
