Position Summary:
The Deputy General Manager - Production will be responsible for leading production and manufacturing operations at Zeeco’s Wada facility.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for:
Production planning and execution
Fabrication and assembly operations
Shop-floor productivity
Safety and housekeeping
Workforce management
Quality and delivery performance
Continuous improvement initiatives
Coordination with planning, quality, and project teams

The position requires strong exposure to heavy fabrication, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, condensers, and related process equipment manufacturing.
