Trouble shooting & attending day to day breakdown on machine 5 axis & heavy CNC turning machines/ Conventional machines
2 ) Geometrical alignment checking and correction of cnc turning and hmc vmc machines
Corrective action for repetitive & frequent breakdown.
Analysis & record machine data for up time improvement
Spare part identification for old machine & record the data for current parts.
Utility maintenance up time improvement & corrective action.
Raise Indent to purchase department & follow up for timely arrival of spares.
Follow-up with supplier for AMC & maintenance repairs.
Maintenance API audit & ISO compliance as per company rules.
Qualification- BE (Mechanical) / DME Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
