ServiceNow Engineer - ITOM

Job Summary:
Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Define and enforce CMDB governance & data quality standards
Deep understanding of ServiceNow MID-server architecture and the role it plays in Discovery optimization, discovery patterns, Discovery schedules and cloud discovery.
Perform data audits, health checks, and reconciliation.
Collaborate with stakeholders in ITSM, ITOM, Asset & Vulnerability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions for process alignment.
Work across other ServiceNow modules and capabilities according to demand.
Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards, low-code/no-code, configuration-not-customization and other best practices.
Maintain a high standard of code quality by writing clean, effective,



and maintainable code optimizing for performance
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements and recommend improvements.
Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in process design workshops and kaizen events.
Occasional travel both nationally and internationally.
Other Duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

Required:
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with proven expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Application Mapping, and Vulnerability Management.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow MID-server architecture and the role it plays in Discovery optimization, discovery patterns, Discovery schedules, Cloud discovery, Event Management
