Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site operations, ensuring work aligns with project timelines and budgets.
Inspect and verify work quality, ensuring it meets specifications and engineering standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants for technical clarifications and modifications.
Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Manage site logistics, including workforce allocation and material procurement.
Conduct site meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
Train junior engineers and site staff on safety protocols and work standards.
Ensure all construction activities follow legal and contractual obligations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Preferred 5+ years’ experience in construction or civil project management.
Robust understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
