Senior Recruiter - Job Description
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust working knowledge of MS Excel.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
Proven experience in high-volume/bulk hiring.
Prior BPO hiring experience is preferred.
Robust sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
Ensure timely closures by effectively managing the hiring pipeline and meeting recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
