Robust knowledge of Quickbooks and / Xero.
3+ years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced services environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client files independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Solid attention to detail with solid organizational and review skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience working with international clients.
Proficiency in Excel.
A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring and continuous improvement.
Willingness to maintain overlap with North American business hours.
