Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Experience in Design & Development of plastic trim components.
Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and the ability to generate proposals.
Demonstrates ability to gather information for generating concepts. Generates and analyses multiple concepts /proposals to resolve build/Gnova -C concerns.
Part analysis on checking fixture and master to achieve craftsmanship targets on vehicle
Proven problem solving with First principles thinking and strong communication skills
Good understanding of standard manufacturing processes of plastic components/subsystem.
Part analysis on checking fixture and master to achieve craftsmanship targets on vehicle.
Competencies:

Knowledge in current Automobile trends & Passionate to work with cross functional team to deliver DOEs and robust solutions
Focuses on sustaining solid relationships and encourages self/ team work well with all interfaces / other departments

Experience
2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Trims

Qualifications
BE/ME/M-Tech - Mechanical / Automobile / Aeronautical Engineering
