Job Description:
Planning & Coordination Executive (PIMO Department - Mumbai)

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field with project coordination, planning, or operations monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project activities
Ensure resource planning and allocation support

Coordination & Communication
Act as a central point of coordination between departments and stakeholders
Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
Ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and changes

Monitoring & Reporting
Track project progress against milestones and deliverables
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and status reports
Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks; escalate when required
Maintain dashboards and project tracking tools

Operational Support




Support implementation activities and ensure adherence to processes
Assist in procurement coordination, logistics, and vendor follow-ups
Ensure compliance with internal policies and project standards

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Ensure proper filing of contracts, reports, and approvals
Support audits and internal reviews
