Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site activities, ensuring project compliance.
Monitor daily progress and report to senior management.
Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery.
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines.
Resolve site issues or conflicts.
Maintain accurate records of work, attendance, and material usage.
Support quality control and communicate effectively with the project team.
Qualifications and Skills:
ITI degree (in relevant trade).
Previous site experience (preferred but not required for fresh ITI graduates).
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of safety and compliance requirements on construction site
