We are looking for a Data Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team who will manage & drive the seamless onboarding of client data to our platform and provide a high-quality customer experience in the process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Successfully manage the data onboarding process for customers who have purchased our products and need assistance in connecting with relevant data sources during their onboarding journey.
Showcase the functionality and features of our platform to new customers, emphasizing data handling capabilities.
Adhere to the company client onboarding process and SLAs, collect customer feedback, and communicate relevant feedback to the team.
Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about recent features, enhancements,



and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the data onboarding process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Assist clients in effectively utilizing our platform for data management, encouraging optimal use and adoption.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
Previous experience as a Data Onboarding Specialist or a similar role in a SaaS company is highly preferred.
Experience working in financial institutions, broking firms, or investment markets.
In-depth knowledge of financial products, services and industry regulations.
Familiarity with various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, derivatives, and other investment vehicles.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to work with data effectively.
