Kyro is an AI-powered operating system built for personal trainers — helping them log workouts, track clients, manage their business, and deliver a more skilled experience. We're early-stage, growing fast, and building category-defining software for the fitness industry from Mumbai.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a sales specialist who can own the full funnel — from sourcing leads to closing deals. You'll be the first dedicated sales hire at Kyro, which means you'll help define how we sell. You'll work directly with the founders, speak with personal trainers every day, and have real ownership over revenue growth.

This is equal parts outbound hustle and inbound conversion — you'll build pipeline from scratch while also running demos and nurturing warm leads that come through our growing referral and marketing channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with independent personal trainers across Mumbai and other target cities
Run product demos and co-logging calls to activate current trainers on the platform




Manage inbound leads and convert warm prospects into paying users
Own a weekly pipeline and report key metrics — leads contacted, demos run, activations, conversions
Gather feedback from trainers and share structured insights with the product team
Experiment with outreach channels (WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, cold calls, gym visits) and double down on what works
Help shape Kyro's sales playbook from the ground up

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
4+ years in a sales role, ideally at a B2B SaaS or consumer tech startup
Experience owning both outbound prospecting and inbound demo/conversion cycles
Solid communicator — you can explain a product clearly and build trust quickly
Comfortable with ambiguity and working without a fixed playbook
Data-driven mindset — you track your own numbers and know what's working
Genuine interest in fitness, wellness, or the creator/SMB economy is a plus
