About the Role

Alphabin is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team in Surat. This role is ideal for someone with solid testing fundamentals, excellent analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality by working closely with developers, product managers, and clients throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Write and maintain detailed test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and UAT scenarios — including positive and negative flows.
Identify, document,



and track defects through the complete lifecycle using standard bug-tracking tools.
Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and QA artifacts to ensure consistent and repeatable testing processes.
Perform REST API testing using tools like Postman to validate requests, responses, and edge-case scenarios.
Participate actively in sprint ceremonies including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities early in the cycle.
Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying gaps in test coverage or workflow inefficiencies.
Ensure software quality aligns with business requirements and client expectations.

Must-Haves
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Manual QA Testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
