Roles & Responsibilities
Create realistic 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects.
Develop exterior and interior visualization concepts as per project requirements.
Coordinate with architects and designers to understand design intent and presentation requirements.
Produce high-quality photorealistic images and animations within project timelines.
Modify and improve visual outputs based on client and management feedback.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D visualization.
Advanced knowledge in:
Lumion:
3ds Max:
V-Ray:
SketchUp:
D5 Render:
Positive knowledge of architectural drawings and interior detailing.
Solid creative visualization and presentation skills.
Ability to handle projects independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.

Preferred Skills
Experience in walkthrough animation and presentation rendering.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit is an added advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
