Role & responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept through completion.
Develop, review and coordinate working drawings, GFC drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with DCPR/UDCPR, building regulations, codes and applicable standards.
Manage project timelines, resources and deliverables.
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
Review design changes, materials and technical solutions.
Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Support client meetings, proposals and business development initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Arch., M.Arch will be an added advantage.
5 - 10 years of relevant architectural design and project management experience.
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of SketchUp/BIM tools preferred.
Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
Solid knowledge of DCPR/UDCPR, building bye-laws and construction practices.
Proven ability to manage clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
