We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented professional who has robust connections with employers and industry professionals, and can leverage these relationships to drive placement opportunities and support students in achieving successful career outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry professionals, and corporate clients to generate placement opportunities for students.
Acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, meetings, and business development strategies.
Collaborate with the academic team to understand student profiles and align placements with their career goals.
Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and company presentations.
Provide career counseling and placement guidance to students to enhance their employability.
Track job market trends and employer needs,



ensuring that students are prepared for relevant industries.
Maintain records of student placements, employer feedback, and placement drive outcomes
Develop and implement strategies to improve the placement rate of students.
Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and developing soft skills.
Manage relationships with alumni and leverage their networks for placement opportunities.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
