Roles & Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections and design proposals.
Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other consultants.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with site engineers, contractors and vendors.
Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Assist with material selection, finishes and architectural detailing.
Review site progress and resolve design/execution-related issues.
Prepare drawing revisions and maintain updated project documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
Support projects from concept design through execution and completion.

Software: AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Enscape or Photoshop will be an advantage.
