Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to connect with prospective students and promote our overseas education services. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for counselors.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided data
Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information about study abroad programs
Generate and qualify leads for the counseling team
Schedule appointments and follow up with interested students
Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Build rapport with students and maintain a positive company image
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
