Manage complete dispatch operations of machinery and equipment.
Supervise and coordinate the dispatch team (currently 4 team members).
Ensure timely delivery and shipment of materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and transporters.
Handle dispatch documentation such as challans, invoices, packing lists, and transport records.
Monitor loading, packing, and shipment planning to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Maintain proper dispatch records and reports.
Required Skills:
Robust team handling and coordination ability.
Knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Excel / ERP systems.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
