Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive who will be responsible for searching, preparing, and submitting tenders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of bids for government and private projects.

Key Responsibilities
Search and track recent tenders from portals (GeM, E-procurement, CPPP, State portals, etc.)
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements
Prepare tender documents, bids, and technical-commercial proposals
Coordinate with design, finance, and management for required documents
Handle online tender submission on government / private portals
Prepare EMD, tender fees, and required certificates
Maintain tender records, status reports, and follow-ups
Communicate with clients, departments, and authorities regarding tenders
Ensure timely submission of bids before deadline
Handle post-tender queries, clarifications, and negotiations

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
