As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. The position demands continuous collaboration with various teams to refine model parameters and adapt to evolving project requirements, fostering innovation in natural language processing technologies.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams,



and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures that meet project goals and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems and workflows.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding best practices in model design and deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Robust understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled datasets.
- Familiarity with optimization methods to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and performance issues.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art advancements in language model research and application.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
