Job Role

- Teacher / Faculty / Tutor

- Conduct engaging and effective teaching sessions for students.

- Explain concepts clearly according to students' learning levels.

- Prepare lessons and learning activities as required.

- Assist students with their academic doubts and provide individual guidance.

- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

- Monitor students' understanding and provide appropriate feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Training:

- Conduct regular part-time classes during the day shift.

- Deliver lessons in a simple and understandable manner.

- Use appropriate teaching methods and examples to improve student learning.

- Support students with assignments, practice work, and academic activities.

Student Support





- Resolve students' basic academic queries.

- Identify areas where students need additional support.

- Provide guidance and encouragement to improve academic performance.

- Maintain skilled communication with students and, where required, parents.

Requirements

- Experience: Any experience; freshers can apply.

- Education: 12th Pass.

- English Level: Basic English.

- Gender: Any gender.

- Good communication and teaching skills.

- Patient, responsible, and student-friendly approach.
