Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js

- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend and backend applications

- Use AI-assisted development tools and modern vibe coding approaches to improve development speed and productivity

- Collaborate with the team to rapidly prototype, test and deploy new features

- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code

- Debug technical issues and contribute to problem-solving across the product development lifecycle

- Learn and adapt quickly to emerging technologies, tools and development practices

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Entry-Level MERN Stack Engineer Profile with AI-assisted development interest

- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have at least 1+ year of software development experience with solid exposure to MERN Stack

- Mandatory (Skills 1): Must have a strong understanding of JavaScript and MERN Stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js

- Mandatory (Skills 2):



Must have interest and comfort in using AI-powered coding / vibe-coding tools as part of the development workflow.

- Mandatory (Skills 3): Must have familiarity with React.js and Node.js with ability to build responsive and user-friendly frontend and backend applications

- Mandatory (Skills 4): Must have strong problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and ability to learn quickly and work independently

- Preferred (Education): Engineering, Computer Science, or IT background

- Preferred (Experience 2): Exposure to startups, hackathons, open-source projects or rapid product development environments

- Preferred (Skills 5): Demonstrated portfolio of projects built showing practical capabilities over purely theoretical knowledge

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
