Site Supervision & Execution

· Supervise daily construction and civil work activities at project sites.

· Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for smooth site operations.

· Monitor project progress and report delays or issues to management.

Quality & Safety Control

· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and site regulations.

· Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.

· Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work at site.

Coordination & Reporting

· Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and procurement teams.

· Maintain daily site reports,



progress updates, and documentation.

· Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

· Support timely procurement and delivery of site materials.

Technical Responsibilities

· Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.

· Assist in quantity estimation and material planning.

· Ensure site activities comply with local construction regulations and standards.

· Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical site issues.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
