We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Proposal Designer to support our proposal and bidding team in transforming complex technical narratives, engineering methodologies, and project management strategies into visually compelling, high-scoring, and compliant proposal submissions.

As a Junior Proposal Designer, you will be supporting the RFP and Proposals team in sourcing RFPs of Interest, preparing, and submitting proposals in response to the RFPs.

Must-have skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office 365 Applications and Excel
- Beginner proficiency in MS Project




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign will be considered an advantage.
