Junior Healthcare Assistant – US Voice Process (Night Shift)

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

We're hiring a Junior Healthcare Assistant for a US Voice Process. You'll support US healthcare providers by managing patient calls, documentation, and EHR data entry. Excellent US-accent English required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound patient calls, faxes, and appointment scheduling/reminders
- Review and correct patient progress notes for accuracy
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing patient referrals
- Process faxes, prior authorizations, lab reports, and chart prep
- Maintain confidential patient records in EHR/EMR systems
- Assign billing codes per insurance guidelines
- Document all procedures accurately in patient notes
- Review posted results and flag discrepancies




- Report to Team Lead; collaborate with healthcare staff

Required Skills

- Solid English proficiency (US accent preferred)
- Typing speed: 30+ WPM
- MS Office & EHR/EMR familiarity (added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred

- Prior back-office healthcare experience
- Experience working US shifts
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines

Perks: As per industry standards Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
